☀️ Happy 1st of June everyone 🤍✨

May was such a beautiful month full of growth, learning, exciting changes and making special memories. Feeling really grateful for this season, all that’s unfolding behind the scenes, and everything I’m building right now.

✨ May dump:

🤍 Settled into my new studio and really started making the space my own.

✨ Being guided by an amazing mentor and learning alongside some amazing ladies.

📲 Upgraded my booking system and client records.

💫 My rebrand started coming to life new logo, leaflets, gift cards and my website all in progress.

🔬 My skin scanner was delivered and I’m so excited to start using it on my patients.

🧴 Attended Obagi updates and started introducing some amazing newly launched skincare products.

📚 More training and updates to keep learning, growing and bringing the best to my clients.

☀️ Beautiful memories made in Santorini with my partner and some of our best friends.

🥾 Ending the month yesterday exploring Malham Cove and feeling so grateful for this season.

✨ A month of growth, fresh energy, learning and lots happening behind the scenes.

✨ Loved treating this lovely lady for the very first time with filler.

Her main goal was simple: to keep everything looking natural, fresh and still completely her.

After a full consultation, we decided to begin with the cheeks to restore subtle volume, create a little more definition and add gentle support through the mid-face.

This can help give a fresher, lifted appearance without looking overdone.

We also added a small amount around the corners of the mouth to soften the marionette area and lift where the mouth had started to turn down slightly, which can sometimes create that tired or sad look.

Aesthetic treatments are often a journey, and it’s important to take your time, assess carefully and build in a way that keeps everything balanced and natural.

A beautiful start and I’m excited to continue the journey with her 🤍✨

A lot of the skin concerns I see this time of year dullness, congestion, dehydration, flare ups and skin feeling “not quite right” often come back to the basics.

There’s something shifts in your 40’s ✨

You become more intentional with your energy, your time and the way you care for yourself.

You stop rushing so much.
Stop trying to be everything for everyone.
And start coming home to yourself.

For me, that’s looked like protecting my peace, creating space for things that feel good, and making time for simple rituals that help me feel like me.

Self care isn’t about perfection.

It’s about honouring yourself enough to slow down, check in, and give yourself the same care you so easily give to everyone else.

And there’s something really beautiful about that.

It’s one of the most common questions I get asked in clinic.

And honestly in my practice, no.
