Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to say a huge Thanku to my lovely guests this morning in Pateley Bridge. 😘
This was my 3rd session without Nikki by my side 🥺
I’m starting to get used to the new set up placement of the instruments, juggling between them to keep the flow, flowing is beginning to feel more natural 🤩
& it was the first time I felt like I gave a competent relaxing guided mediation and actually enjoyed that part today 🥳
Missing Nikki will be with me forever but I’m beginning to get to a place where I can do that whilst also enjoying my life and doing what I love.

After my post yesterday about heart healing, grief and the challenges it brings, I felt drawn to share an example of some frequency music. 💚

Using headphones and laying down for at least 10mins will bring you some relief. As you listen to the music, using long, slow rhythmic breaths you will automatically slow the heart rate , blood pressure and become more in a peaceful state.
The breath is the most important element to calm the nervous system.

I’ve been working with these beauties this morn to help ease some very strong physical and emotional ‘feelings!!!’.
Grief comes in waves and they were crashing in today, to help me release. 🥰
Sometimes it’s the best thing to stop, take time and sit with yourself. We are are own best healer when we give ourselves the space we need to heal

The Red bowl links to the Root Chakra and resonates at the note C on the musical scale ❤️

The Green bowl links to the Heart Chakra and resonates at the note F 💚

The Indigo bowl links to the Third Eye Chakra and resonates at the note A 💜

I was using my tuner app and as the frequencies all blended together the overall note sat with F so it was a perfect combination to Ground the physical body, Heal the Heart and connect with Intuition. ❤️💚💜

I will start to record the sounds when I get the tech in place 🤪
