I’m excited to be back supporting this year’s Paul Sartori Bike It 100! 🚴

You’ll find me at the finish line at Carew Airfield, offering 15-minute sports massages for just £15 to help you recover after your ride.

Whether you’ve taken on the 25, 50 or 100-mile route, come and give your muscles the recovery they deserve. No booking is needed—just pop over when you finish!

I’m looking forward to supporting all the amazing cyclists and being part of another fantastic event for such an incredible local charity.

🏐 The court markings are complete! 🏐

We're incredibly excited to be just one week away from launching Neyland Netball Club!

A huge thank you to Neyland Town Council for awarding us a Community Enhancement Grant, which made these fantastic new court markings possible. Their support has helped turn an idea into reality and has provided a fantastic facility for our club and the local community.

A big thank you as well to Neyland Community Hub for all your support and for providing such a brilliant venue for the club.

We're also overwhelmed by the support we've received from everyone so far. We genuinely can't believe the interest in the club already, and we can't wait to welcome you all to our launch night on Thursday 16th July.
