This is my lovely private group on Thursday mornings. Over the last few weeks we have been doing these sessions in my beautiful clients garden.

Tess is one of my other clients who has been joining these private classes and has been coming to my Pilates and Yoga classes 2-3 times a week for around 8 months.

She said Pilates has changed her body, how she feels and her life. And I can’t say I’d argue because for myself Yoga & Pilates has also done the same for me.
