Last night I attended the IIAA Therapist of the Year Awards at the Rosewood London, and I honestly left feeling incredibly grateful.

I hadn’t entered any awards myself, so to find myself in a room filled with some of the most talented, passionate and inspiring people in skin health was an honour in itself.

When I first started my career, events like this felt a world away. So to be invited, to connect with industry leaders, to hear their stories, celebrate their achievements and share ideas was a reminder of just how far this journey has taken me.

I’ve come away feeling inspired, energised and full of fresh ideas for the future. New opportunities, new connections and a renewed excitement for what’s possible.

Most of all, I loved celebrating alongside friends and colleagues whose hard work and dedication were recognised on the night. Watching them win was such a proud moment.

Thank you to the IIAA for such a wonderful evening. ✨

WIRED ➡️ SWITCHED OFF

To every client who walks in saying “I just can’t switch off.”

I see you.

Today was a full day in the studio. Four beautiful sessions. My daughter is off school recovering, so my heart was at home and here with you.

And still, you left slower. Softer. Quiet.

That is the Renew You Method. I design every minute so your nervous system believes it is safe, no matter what kind of day it is outside the room.

We actually need inflammation, it’s how your body heals. But a healthy body knows how to switch it off, and right now, so many women can’t.

Because the triggers don’t stop Stress
