Last nights class was magical, as the season comes to an end people start to fly away. So just the 2 of us wanted to practice, so we went down to the new dock and free styled. Moving our bodies in ways that felt good, we chatted and laughed as we flowed and the sunset. Then as the moon slowed rose behind the hill we did a luxuriously long Shavasana.
90 mins I will not forgot, watching my student flow with confidence in her own practice filled my heart with pride and the knowledge that she will be ok without me there to teach her, my job here is done if I have created just 1 Yogi 💗
