6 weeks in and not a single migraine 😱
How amazing is that?!
Nat is absolutely smashing it in the club;
✨ Sleeping better
✨ Hitting PBs when she's running
✨ Feeling more confident in her body
✨ Dropped a whole litre now of dangerous fat around her organs!
✨ 45.5cm off her body CMS
✨ She's feeling super proud of herself and so she blooming should!!

The messages I've received lately from this lovely human have just been so heartwarming. The impact the club has had on her in such a short space of time is truly amazing.

✨ Metabolic age of a 12 year old 😱 ✨
You can imagine the joy when Jade heard this after her first 2 week review in club!!
Her first review was amazing, so many changes and in her words 'A huge eye opener into nutrition and what your body actually needs!'

Holy s**t 😱 What a journey so far for Lara! I'll address the elephant in the room 👀 She needs new leggings 😅😅 But she was committed in wearing the same outfit 🤣

Lara is down two dress sizes, 17 years younger in her metabolic age since she started 😱 her mental health has improved massively and she's got so much more energy!

Lara is a super busy mum of three, runs two businesses and still shows up consistently. Not perfectly. Not obsessively. Just consistently ✨
She follows the plan as closely as she can each day, trusts the process and keeps moving forward.
This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start building sustainable habits that fit around real life.
So proud of you, Lara ❤️

She's down a dress size, managed to increase her lean muscle mass whilst dropping her body fat % ( the sweet spot 👌🏼)
1.5 litres of dangerous fat gone from around her organs and a huge 49.5cm taken off her body measurements already!!

The best thing about this, is she's loving the process and after a few years trying different avenues to 'lose weight' she's finally found something that is making her feel good on the inside and that she can sustain, forever ❤️

Paul’s first review… what an incredible transformation already 👏
It got a little emotional in club, putting these photos side by side really shows how amazing Paul has done in such a short space of time.
Sometimes you don’t realise just how far you’ve come until you actually SEE it ✨🥺

7.8kg down.
2 litres of dangerous fat gone.
5.5kg muscle gained.
34cm off overall.

But more importantly… more energy, no cravings and feeling better in himself again.
He’s quietly got his head down, trusted the process and put the work in 👊

Vikky’s latest review photos ✨
The truth is, the scales didn’t reflect how well she’s worked this month… but the photos tell a completely different story 💯
Where most people would fall off and ‘give up’, Vikky hasn’t. She’s stuck in, stayed consistent, ignored the noise and carried on progressing with the plan 👊
This is the part people struggle with the most… when you’re focusing on body composition and cellular nutrition, the scales don’t always show it week to week, sometimes it takes a while for things to catch up.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not working.
She’s leaner, tighter, changing shape… and that’s what actually matters.

Trust the process, stay consistent and stop letting the scales dictate your progress.

What an incredible first review for Nat!! Absolutely smashed it. 36cm taken off her body in such a short space of time. Cheaper food shop, feeling the best she's felt since being a mum and just loving the community!
