Stockingate Care Home we are a 25 bed residential home that specialises in support and care for those who are living with Dementia.

we believe in a home from home and allowing individuals to maintain autonomy of their own lives

GOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE!
We hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather. just a reminder our fair is this Saturday and it would be amazing if you all came to support us for however long you have time to.
we have space for small businesses if you know anyone and we are still seeking donations for our Raffle and Tombola.

🌞🎉 We're Planning Our Summer Fair – Can You Help? 🎉🌞

Our residents at Stockingate Care Home are looking forward to a fantastic Summer Fair, and we'd love our local community to get involved!

We're looking for:
🎁 Donations – raffle prizes, gifts, bottles, chocolates, toiletries, new or unused items, or anything suitable for our stalls.
🛍️ Stall Holders – local businesses, crafters, charities, and community groups who would like to showcase and sell their products.
🙋 Volunteers – friendly faces to help set up, run stalls, assist residents, serve refreshments, or help tidy up afterwards.

Every donation, volunteer, and stall helps us raise funds for resident activities while creating a fun-filled day for our residents, their families, and the wider community.

If you'd like to donate, book a stall, or volunteer your time, please send us a message and it will be passed to a member of our team.

Thank you for helping us make this year's Summer Fair a wonderful day full of laughter, friendship, and community spirit. We can't wait to celebrate with you! ☀️💐🎈

Well done to team Stockingate. We have had a fantastic couple of weeks at the home -

We achieved 5 star hygiene rating for our kitchen. Well done to our kitchen team Lorraine , Rhoda and Sarah.

We have employed another wellbeing co-ordinator to our team. Welcome Laura , we look forward to seeing you and Kerstin working wonders and filling the days with amazing activities for our residents.

We also had a very positive infection control inspection, once we receive our outcome from this we will share this with you all. Well done to our domestic team Joanne , Debra , Adele , Elle and Julie for their hard work daily.

We had a successful pharmacy audit looking at our medications and this is another area we have been seen to be doing well in. Well done everyone.
