I was asked today do I still work with male clients?
ABSOLUTELY!!! The number of men I have worked with this year has been my highest yet and I recieved this kind message from a gentleman who recently completed a block of Bio-Energy Healing Online. As always, I only hold the space, it is you guys that do the work but I am lucky that every day of my life I get to witness, beautiful, brave souls.
Grounding myself after some very powerful sessions, supporting beautiful souls through this eclipse corridor.

Hope everyone is doing OK, the energies have been intense this week!!!

As part of my Continued Professional Development I recently completed a course in Energy Medicine and I thought it would be nice to share the information with you guys as I will be adding this to my offerings from July.

There is an energy grid that connects everything in our lives, our world, in all creation; it has been named the 'Divine Matrix' or 'The Field'

Cycle Syncing has allowed me to create an even deeper relationship with my body, mind soul and spirit 🌙 ✨️

Life's been busy lately so on the first day of my moon cycle this weekend I lean deeply into rest and radical self care.

After over a decade of living with Endometriosis, PMDD and all the extras that come along for the ride, I honestly used to completely dread my bleed.

Now I deeply honour myself and this sacred time and embrace these powerful days.

Day one and day two of my bleed I slow everything right down, create space for myself, rest as much as I can and take extra sleep. Estrogen starts at ground zero here so it is normal to feel achy and tired.

It was uncomfortable for me years ago but I asked for support from my loved ones during this part of my cycle and of course after communicating from my heart they do whatever they can to allow me a little space.

I sleep a little more due to heavy bleeding and over the years I have created little rituals for this time. I also indulge in my favourite organic dark chocolate. I read alot as I can be a little noise sensitive on these days and reading is a personal form of meditation for me. I drink Raspberry Leaf Tea as this stregthens and tones the pelvic muscles while soothing and relaxing at the same time, also excellent for intense cramps. I take long hot baths and use this precious time to show a deep self love 🤍

If you havent already please give yourself permission to listen to your own body, mind, soul, spirit during your moon cycle.

I am deeply committed to helping other women and teenagers navigating menstrual issues through healings, coaching, somatic release and working to continue to remove any of the old belief system that the sacred bleed shouldn't be discussed.
