Clinical supervision is a formal process of professional support, reflection, and learning that occurs between a more experienced practitioner (the supervisor) and a less experienced or equally experienced colleague (the supervisee), typically in healthcare, mental health, or social care.

Supervision encourages reflective practice, where clinicians examine their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in clinical settings. This process ensures that you the practitioner, and your clients, are receiving the best care.

We offer clinical supervision to groups and individuals working within a helping profession providing sessions in person, via telephone or teams.

We work with both qualified and trainee counsellors and supervisors along with other sectors such as social housing, domestic abuse, local government etc.
