A massive thank you to Jack Orrell for organising and taking part in the golf event along side:
Alex Cuthbert, Owen Pugsley, Daniel Stanton, Kian Evans, Owain Jones, Maxwell Lewis and Rhys Winterburn .
Between them all they raised well over £1000. ⛳️🏌️‍♂️⛳️🏌🏻⛳️

We’d also like to thank Castell Howell for kindly donating towards the food to keep boys fed and watered between rounds on a very hot day. 🤗🤗🤗

Another great start to the day with our Dewi Dippers Group. 🏊🏊‍♀️🏊

Started of with a 15 minute cold water dip in the sea followed by the best coffee from Growandgrind and a chat on the sea front. ☕️☕️☕️

If you want to start cold water dipping it’s the best time to start as water temperature is 20 degrees. 🙂Julie Edwards

They will be taking on the incredible challenge of playing 4 rounds of golf (72 holes!) in a single day this Friday, 24th July to raise money for 4 Dewi 4 Mental Health

This is an amazing effort to support such an important cause and help raise awareness and funds for mental health in our community. 🤗🤗🤗

👏 Huge Thank You and Congratulations to the Lads! 🚴‍♂️💙
A massive well done to the lads who completed the 4 Dewi Ride today.
The challenge was no small feat: 🚴 290km ridden ⏱️ 11½ hours moving time ⛰️ Over 3,200m of climbing 💨 Average speed of 25km/h
Their determination, teamwork and commitment throughout the day were nothing short of outstanding.
Most importantly, thanks to the incredible support and generosity of everyone who donated, they have raised over £400 for charity and counting. Every pound raised will make a real difference.
Thank you to everyone who supported, encouraged, donated and followed their progress. And to the lads themselves, you should all be immensely proud of what you've achieved today.
An amazing effort for a fantastic cause. Well done, boys! 👏🚴‍♂️💙
