Well that's two cases studies passed for my EFT. So I have one more to write and one to edit and I'll be accredited as a level 2 pracricitioner. Roll on level 3 in 2027!

EFT is life changing; for phobias, to process Trauma memories somatically. People find that the remember exactly what happened during a trauma, they connect with all the emotions and sensations that were too difficult and distressing at the time and are able to grieve and relinquish the pain. Through connecting and remembering they are able to replace the narratives of other peoples perception of events and remember what actually took place for themselves.

Then suddenly towards the end feel like the problem is no longer present and even relevant but its been filed in the past and decided as having ended. I've so much to learn but loving the learning...

Recovery and restoration from trauma is perfectly achievable and utterly life changing 🙌
