Good morning all, I want to share a few things with you today. Normally I will sit in my front room to look at any appointments admin etc but today I decided to do what a very good friend of mine does and that is she takes herself away from her front room and every morning goes out. So today I took my front room to Portsdown hill. What a difference, what a view and what peace I endured.
A very good friend from Newcastle who I chat with sent me a message and photos of a day in her garden with her grandchildren where a Robin sat watching them all day. We talked about this and then she sent a picture of this Robin flying onto her granddaughters hand to feed. How magical and beautiful is that. I love hearing of signs and seeing pictures of this.
Yesterday I heard of a friend of mine born on same day as me same name and same age had passed away and it made me realise we are all here for a short time really and should make sure we do whatever makes us happy. We must take time out for ourselves or life will pass you by in this busy world. I was watching a dog whilst taking in the views and sitting in my power and was watching a border collie enjoying running for his ball and it made me think. They have a very short life and rely on their owners to give them love and enjoyment. This dog was loving his walks. We all need enjoyment, we all need love and we all need to be happy. So give yourselves a break and do something that makes your heart sing. I hope you all have a beautiful day and leave you with my view today ###x

Over this past year I have been helping a few friend with small guided meditation sessions on line and have had such lovely feedback. So I have decided to widen this out to a wider audience so to speak.
Meditation is a beautiful way to help calm our minds, link with spirit and much more. Some people struggle to clear their minds as some of my friends tried but guiding them along the way not only helped with their anxiety but also helped where they had big decisions to make. Such a strange but lovely evening. I like many others did not have glasses but found a way to experience the eclipse. I reflected on things that has happened since the last one in 1999 where life stood still for a moment for me I was in my late thirties at this time and life was good. There was so many ups and I embraced life for all its highs and lows. Even though life can throw a challenge or two my way I understand it’s not about the challenge but how I deal with it. How I learn from the challenges and how I move forward. No one comes through my door without leaving happier than when they first came in and that is how I hope anyone who meets me or comes in contact feels. We live in a very strange world but a little bit of kindness goes a long way. On this special evening I wish to spread my love to each and everyone of you and thank you for following or engaging with me in any way shape or form. Have a beautiful evening 🩷🩵@

Today I felt the need to pull a card and so this card is from Guardian Angel messages card deck. Number 3 is a powerful message about Joy. Any mother will know that feeling of deep joy and love when they first meet their baby. All that pain is forgotten and overwhelming emotions of love and joy take over. This beautiful guardian angel has been given this very important job of watching over this new born baby. The chair she has sat in is not a comfortable chair and is symbolic that no matter how uncomfortable life is for you during your earthly journey remember you are always guided, protected and loved. The empress card also reminds you to take time out and enjoy nature and all it has to offer. Many people in our fast paced world can travel from A to B without noticing the beauty surrounding them. The rabbit in the picture sits quietly taking in the peace before it leaps of into action at its fast pace. The shield represents the protection that surrounds you. So if you are feeling overwhelmed at this minute in time, this card is asking you to take some time to yourself specially if you are a busy mother. Enjoy your children but remember to allow yourself some down time and self love. As the guardian angels job is so important so is that of a mother nurturing her children.
