This lovely lady came to me with issues in her neck and upper traps (shoulders) I combined deep tissue massage, IASTM, hot stones and cupping today for her. I applied the cups where she was feeling really tight. I knew she needed it but this was the result after just 7 minutes! Huge reaction to issues within. These are not bruises! These are the cups drawing out stagnant blood and drawing fresh blood into the tissues. They last up to a week. Have huge benefits and will help movement and pain. Lots of areas were tight today. Cupping does not hurt. When applied they feel tight but not painful. We have looked ahead and will be combining many of my treatments such as reflexology and Bioenergetic massage. Now I have completed her first treatment I know where she needs work and what tools can aid in her treatment plan.
