Willowbrook is delighted to announce the latest winner renew our partnership with the charity Room to Reward (their partners donate their unsold rooms, charities and community groups nominate their Hidden Heroes for a break).

Helen leads our volunteer eBay team, and together, they have raised a fantastic £21,000 in the last 12 months!

Helen needs lots of help and support to expand out eBay operation - if you have some hours spare and would like to donate your time, we would love to hear from you.

✨ Meet Rachel, our new Community Fundraiser! ✨

We're delighted to welcome Rachel to the Willowbrook Hospice fundraising team!

A local girl with a real passion for supporting her community, Rachel brings more than 15 years of experience in the charity sector, along with a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm. We're thrilled to have her on board as she helps us strengthen our connections across St Helens and Knowsley.

As our Community Fundraiser, Rachel will be building relationships with local schools, community groups, clubs, faith organisations, businesses, and individuals who want to make a difference. Her role is all about inspiring and supporting local people to get involved in fundraising and helping our community come together to support their local hospice.

Whether you're looking to plan a fundraising event, organising a school challenge, or simply want to support Willowbrook Hospice, Rachel is here to help turn your ideas into reality. From coffee mornings and bake sales to sponsored challenges and community events, she'll be there to provide support, inspiration, and guidance every step of the way.

We would like to wish Nathan the very best of luck as he takes to the stage today at Rainford’s picnic in the park! 🎤🎶

Nathan was crowned the winner of our 2025 One Night Only competition. As part of the prize, the winner was offered the opportunity to perform at this year's event, and we're delighted to see Nathan taking to the stage in front of what is sure to be a fantastic crowd.

A huge thank you to Phil and the team at Rainford's Picnic in the Park for supporting local talent and making this possible. We'd also like to thank PSD Vehicle Rental, proud sponsors of One Night Only.

We’re delighted to share that K9 Barn have joined the Willowbrook Hospice Lottery as a way of giving back to their local community - and we’re so grateful for their support.

Many of you will know K9 Barn as the team behind – The Ultimate Dog Shop in Merseyside. From their fantastic range of dog food, toys, and treats, to grooming, training, playtimes, field hire and even their self service dog wash! They’re all about helping you give your dog the very best.

Friendly advice is always included, and their passion for pets’ shines through everything they do.

By joining our lottery, K9 Barn are helping us continue providing specialist care and support to patients and families across St Helens and Knowsley. Every lottery membership helps fund our nurses, our Living Well services, and the compassionate care we provide every single day.
