Well it’s been a long slog but we are ready to open tomorrow!!
We have fitted safety screens to our reception and waiting areas, installed hand washing and sanitising stations, fitted bespoke safety screens to our testing equipment whilst maintaining socia distancing through our main patient areas. We are operating on a closed door policy at present where access will be provided via our intercom systems. Appointments need to be pre-booked so we can maintain safety within our practices. Frame sanitisation is provided for each patient journey so our patients can be confident and know their safety is our number one priority. Masks and sanitiser are provided for all patients. Our staff will also wear PPE. We look forward to seeing you all from tomorrow and thanks to everyone for your loyalty and understanding through these difficult times. To all our customers. We are delighted and excited to announce that we will be re-opening both our practices on the 1st.July 2020! We have been working hard to ensure patient & staff safety at all times for when we re-open. Your eye examinations will be a little different when you come back to see us but this is to ensure everyones safety at all times. We have installed safety screens for our reception & seating areas, hand washing & sanitiser stations, custom made screens for our testing and dispensing equipment and state of the art UVC sterilising stations for when trying on frames. Social distancing measures have been implemented across both practices. We have all been through very strange and worrying times throughout this pandemic but we want to ensure our patients that their safety and eye care needs are our No.1 priority.
