Are you a parent or carer who is appealing Section I (school placement) of your child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)?
Are you feeling anxious, unsure, or overwhelmed by the tribunal process?
Join us for a free, supportive training session designed to help you understand your rights, navigate the law, and feel confident putting your case forward.
During this session, we will:
Explain the legal process for appealing Section I
Help you understand what evidence is important
Share practical tips to strengthen your appeal
Provide a safe space to ask questions and connect with other parents
The session is hosted by Jess and Rebecca, two experienced practitioners with extensive experience supporting parents through SEND tribunals.

Our June SEND 35 session is on the 17th May 6pm-7:30pm.

This session is for parents and carers who would like to understand how to appeal to the SEND tribunal. The sessions runs through completing the SEND35 form, and looks at what evidence you can collect and share with the Tribunal. You'll learn what decisions you can appeal, and where to find further support. There will be time for questions during the session and you are welcome to ask anything you are unsure of.

Our June SEND 35a Session will be Monday 15th June 1pm-2:30pm.

This session is for parents and carers who would like to understand how to appeal to the SEND tribunal. The session runs through the steps of completing the SEND35a form, we also cover what evidence you can collect to share with the Tribunal. The SEND 35a form is for Refusal to Assess only. There will be time for questions during the session and you are welcome to ask anything you are unsure about.
