My take on the eclipse as I am from the era of the Jaffa Cake advert 😆

And yes, I did, luckily, get to experience the total eclipse of 1999 from my work place 🌑

Tonight I had the pleasure of a wonderful, powerful and beautiful session while the sky became, dull, a weird colour then returned to sunlight - proof of the magic that can be achieved through working hard in our therapy sessions, not just because of a Celestial object 😌

Medication recall warning ‼️

Amarox Limited is recalling one batch of Sertraline 100 mg film-coated tablets as a precautionary measure due to an error at the manufacturing site.

Dr Alison Cave, MHRA Chief Safety Officer, said:  

“If you have been prescribed Sertraline 100mg tablets and have received batch number V2500425, please check the carton contains the right medication. You can find the batch number and expiry date printed on the side of the outer packaging.“

Abandonment can be the most painful wound we carry 😣

Abandonment can be loss of a significant person, not receiving emotional connection, not receiving the care we need, being left out and even neglecting to care for ourselves 🫣

Therapy can help us learn how to recognise the wound(s), foster self compassion and to listen to our inner voice to prevent further types of abandonment trauma
