A little summer update ☀️
Over the last few months I’ve been reflecting on how I want to work, teach and share.
One thing I’ve become increasingly clear about is that I don’t need to keep adding more. Instead, I’m interested in deepening what is already here.
Part of that has meant becoming more curious about rest, space and what happens when I stop filling every gap with doing.
So, over the summer there will be a few changes to my offerings.
✨ Weekly classes and Psychotherapy sessions continue as usual
These sessions and classes remain at the heart of what I offer and I look forward to being with and practising with our wonderful communities each week.
✨ Yin Yoga will be taking a seasonal pause
Our candlelit Yin evenings will return in October as autumn arrives, complete with some lovely new warm blankets for those cosy evenings together.
In the meantime, I’d love to share some wonderful local teachers who offer beautiful Yin practices:

✨ Shake the Dust
There will be one opportunity to join me over the summer for a Shake the Dust Femalebodyworkouts ✨Female Only Gym🫶🏻 :

🕙 10–11am
Then Shake the Dust will return as monthly pop-ups from the autumn onwards.
This summer I’m choosing to spend more time receiving through movement, reading, study and research.
Not so I can do more.
But so I can continue to share from a place of depth, curiosity and presence.
