Through all the activities, games, crafts and little moments we share, it’s lovely to see our family members coming together, enjoying each other’s company and making special memories along the way.

Friendship means so much to us. It’s about laughter, kindness, companionship and simply being there for one another☺️

Lord, thank You for the gift of friendship and for bringing us together as a family. Help us to always show kindness, love and compassion towards one another. Bless the friendships we have made and the memories we create together. May our days be filled with laughter, joy and love. Amen. ❤️

A few of the activities we've been enjoying at Bethany House recently that we thought you might like to see! 😊

We've been getting creative with scratch art and leaf printing, making spinning tops that brought back lovely memories for some who remembered buying them for their children, and enjoying a little gardening in the sunshine. ☀️🌿

Yesterday, we also had lots of fun playing our roll the dice conversation game, sharing stories and getting to know each other even better☺️

🦋 Bethany House Butterfly Journey 🦋

Over the past few weeks, we have loved watching our little caterpillars grow into beautiful butterflies. We all came together outside to set them free and enjoy this special moment together.

One particular butterfly made a very special friend and didn't seem to want to leave! 🧡

Our family members at Bethany House had a fantastic day out at Farmer Parrs Animal World! ☀️🐑
We enjoyed a picnic lunch in the sunshine, loved seeing all the farm animals, and finished the day with a delicious ice cream. 🍦
A wonderful day filled with smiles, laughter, and lovely memories for everyone involved! 💙

💃🕺 A huge thank you to Bill and Paula from Readers Dance School for coming to Bethany and putting on such a wonderful performance for us all! 🌟

The beautiful costumes, fantastic interaction, and incredible dancing 💃🕺 made it a truly special afternoon.

Some of us even joined in! It brought back so many happy memories for our family members who used to go dancing every week, making the experience even more meaningful.

It was amazing to see so many smiling faces 😊 and to watch everyone enjoying themselves. ❤️

Thank you both for making the day so memorable and bringing so much joy to everyone. 🌟💐 It was truly wonderful! 🥰

A huge congratulations to some of our wonderful staff who completed the 5K Pretty Muddy Race for Life yesterday in support of Cancer Research UK!

It was a fantastic achievement, and although they got very muddy along the way, they had lots of fun and showed incredible team spirit.

Most importantly, they took part to help raise money for vital cancer research, supporting people and families affected by cancer and helping to make a difference for future generations.

We are incredibly proud of every one of you. Well done, and thank you for representing our team so brilliantly! 💜🏃‍♀️

Apologies for being a little quiet on here lately – we’ve been very busy having lots of fun! 😊

We thought we’d share a few of the activities we’ve been enjoying recently. From planting sunflowers and getting our hands dirty in the soil, to exploring our creativity through a range of different crafts, there’s been plenty to keep us busy.

We also had a lovely visit from Paul and his pop-up shop. Everyone enjoyed having a browse and treating themselves to a little bit of shopping – something that is always a big hit! 🛍️
