The Lancashire Local Offer is a free and impartial service provided by Lancashire County Council. We provide information about services across the county for families of children with special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND), covering areas including health and social care, education, early years, finance, transport, leisure activities and support groups. We will not engage with anyone who posts disruptive, offensive or abusive posts, including posts that contain swearing or libellous statements. Any users who we feel are repeatedly misusing our channels will be blocked and reported.

🎉 Break Time registrations for 2027/28 are now open! 🎉

📩 When you submit the form, you will receive an automatic email to confirm it has been received - check any spam/junk folders if you don't see this.

📮 A letter confirming the outcome will be posted to you in late February 2027.

❗ If your child isn't yet a Break Time member, you only need to complete the form once, but will receive two letters:
📆 A letter confirming 2026/27 membership will be sent within 6 weeks of submitting your registration
📆 Another letter confirming 2027/28 membership will be sent by the end of February 2027

Learn Active NW are holding a free "Meet the Provider" session in November where families can meet the staff, try out the activities and ask any questions.

This session is for children and young people aged 5-16 to attend, along with their parents and carers.

Need half term plans?

Join us for a free, fun, friendly Halloween day.

It’s made for young people with additional needs and don't do well with large crowds and they are free come and join in as much or as little as they like.

Parents and carers are also welcome to stay. Grab a brew, have a chat and get stuck in with the activities.
