Setting the right intentions for life and birth holds so much power. 💪
I want to share a glimpse into my world - and how I found my way to this work through the power of manifestation and visualisation.
2020 changed everything. I became a mother during the start of the global health crisis, and my birth experience left me feeling profoundly unheard. I struggled - mentally and physically.
We were living abroad, far from family, with no village. The support I’d carefully planned (my doula and mum) was taken away last minute. Postpartum felt incredibly isolating, and I grieved the experience I thought I would have.
Even returning to work, something didn’t feel right. I couldn’t shake the feeling that mothers deserve more - more care, more support, more value.
Through connection, spirituality, and deep inner work, I found my way. I remember a powerful breakthrough while being asked to envision my future. I saw a beautiful old red-brick home back in my hometown of Preston, surrounded by family, love, and light - and another child. I pictured myself doing work that spoke to my soul and uplifted others.
Three years later… that vision is my reality.
It’s been an action packed path filled with rocky roads, brave choices, a transatlantic move, and a dream birth (yay!). We let go of wonderful parts of our old life - but stepped into something so much more aligned to us now.
Let this be a reminder to be intentional with your thoughts, patient with your timing, and trust that what you ask the world for, has the power to become yours.

- Create a vision board for fertility/birth/postpartum
- Take aligned action - eg. a hypnobirthing course
- Write it down, journal it into clarity
- Shift your inner dialogue toward your intentions
- Practice 5–10 mins of daily visualisation or meditation
- And most importantly - feel it, embody it, believe it
