When your fridge is a bit sparse but have store cupboard ingredients and some basics. Always have potatoes 🥔 and onions 🧅. The best bit is it tasted amazing .Completely on plan no guilt. You would never know this was not the real deal. This is vegan friendly. You can add other protein if you like but honestly didn’t need it

Tasty rainbow 🌈 traybake with honey roasted chicken thighs . Fabulous supper tasty . Fast food from fridge to the table that the whole family can enjoy. What can be better than this.
