Aberdeen, what a wonderful evening! You were a smashing audience, and it was a true joy to connect with your beautiful souls. Thank you for your warmth, kindness, and incredible energy—you made the night truly special. I'm so grateful for the welcome you gave me and for the memories we've shared. Thank you for being amazing, and I sincerely hope to return and see you all again soon.

I knew there would be protests. But the fires. The anger. The outrage. The hate, the destruction, the fear that all of it creates.

None of that is okay.

So I sat for a while in the quiet of my room here in Lossiemouth and felt it all — the way I always do. Because that is both the burden and the gift of an open heart. You cannot close the door to the world's pain and keep it open for its wonder. It doesn't work that way.

I don't have answers tonight. I won't pretend to.

I only know that there are people who are frightened, people who are hurting, and people who will not sleep easily tonight.

May those in danger be kept safe. May those with power choose wisely. May those who are afraid find one steady hand to hold in the dark.

And may we — all of us, on every side — remember that we are more alike than we are different. That beneath the noise, we all grieve, we all hope, we all just want to feel safe and seen.

I'm holding the world in my prayers tonight.

Lossiemouth, what an amazing audience you were.

Mothers, daughters, sons, fathers connected with such warmth and with special messages that carried across from the other side. It was an honour to be your medium this evening.

It was my hope that those weary with grief could be uplifted, those needing hope would find it, and those requiring healing would feel it settle gently around them — like a hand placed quietly on the shoulder in the dark.

To every single soul in that room tonight — thank you for your openness, your trust, and your beautiful hearts. You gave as much as you received, and that is the true magic of an evening like this.

Until we meet again.

Kevin and I had the most wonderful stay at the Salutation Hotel—or "Sally's," as the locals affectionately call her—and she really is an absolute gem of a place.
The corridors are delightfully higgledy-piggledy, the stairs tell a story with every creak, and the whole building seems to breathe history. And no wonder—Sally's has been welcoming guests since 1699, making her Scotland's oldest established hotel. Can you imagine the souls who have wandered those halls?
The event itself was small and lovely, and the audience was respectful, kind, and generous of spirit. Tears, laughter, and healing were definitely on the menu last night.
We stayed in Room 312, right next to the famous 313, which has hosted its fair share of well-known guests over the years. And here's a lovely little fact: in the 1960s, David Bowie performed in the Moncrieffe Suite during his very first UK solo tour. There you are—I was certainly in good company.
Our room was charmingly old-fashioned, but it was the bathtub that truly won me over. I ran myself a bath and stayed in it far longer than I should have. There's something about a proper soak that heals all ills and softens all wounds, and after 150 miles on the road, one does become rather car-shaped. Sally soon sorted that. Now it’s off to breakfast 🍳 before we set off again. Lossiemouth we are heading your way ###

Just a wee hiccup on our travel plans. ⚓
We set off on time, and the first hour was smooth sailing. Then something happened on board that had the captain turning us right back around. We found ourselves docked in Belfast, waiting for the green light from the authorities before we could set sail again.
The good news? We still had plenty of time to make it to Perth. No mad rush, no panic—just an unexpected pause.
And do you know what? Sometimes that's just life, isn't it? You set your intention, you show up, you're ready… and then something steps in and says, not yet, not like this.
As I sat watching the water, I couldn't help but think how Spirit works in much the same way. Redirecting us. Slowing us down. Calling us back to shore for a moment, just long enough to catch our breath before sending us on our way again—safer, steadier, and exactly where we need to be.
And then, just like that, the authorities gave us the nod. The engines started humming once more, and Belfast slowly faded into the distance behind us. 🚢
Perth, we're so excited to be with you this evening. ✨
There's something quietly magical about a delay. Yes, it can be frustrating, but perhaps our Angels always know best. We sit with the stillness, trust the timing, and then the door opens exactly when it's meant to.
Spirit knew what it was doing all along.
It always does.
See you on the other side of the water. 🌊

Hello Sunday.

I'm packing up from a few days with Mum — bags by the door, a cup of coffee going cold, and that quiet mix of gratitude and goodbye that comes with leaving someone you adore in safe hands.

She'll have my sisters around her, the greatest of care, and FaceTime to keep us close. And when I hesitated, she looked at me and said she would be every step of the way with me. That's was enough to let my heart settle.

It will be an early start and I hope the sailing will be smooth — because I am possibly the worst sailor!

Monday I begin a brand new chapter of Hello from Heaven — and I cannot wait to be in the room with you.

Perth · Aberdeen · Lossiemouth · East Kilbride
