Hello lovely people 👋

An awakening is when you begin to realise that you are so much more than your physical body.
You are a body, you are a spirit, and you have a soul.
You begin to see life differently. You question what you once believed, notice the signs and synchronicities, and feel a deeper connection to yourself, others and the universe.
You realise that perhaps life isn’t just happening to you, but unfolding for you.
You start to understand that everything has its place, every experience has something to teach you, and sometimes what feels like an ending is actually the beginning of something beautiful.
You stop searching for everything outside of yourself and begin to reconnect with the wisdom within.
You become more aware. More present. More intentional.
And slowly, you begin to remember who you really are beneath the labels, the conditioning and the expectations of the world.
An awakening isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
Perhaps this is what it means to wake up to realise you are not just living a life, but experiencing something far deeper than the physical world alone.

Hello lovely people 👋

A little reminder of something my spirit guide taught me a long time ago… simplicity.
That’s exactly what I’ve been up to this weekend.
A cosy little pod in Suffolk, a visit to Jimmy’s Farm, so much laughter with my friend, moments of meditation in the middle of a field, star gazing and feeling totally at one with nature.
It’s in these moments that I find myself remembering what I was taught all those years ago. That there’s beauty in the simple things, peace in stillness, and something quite special about being able to just be yourself without needing anything more.
We can spend so much of our lives chasing answers, over complicating everything, looking for signs, and trying to work everything out that we forget to live in the present.
So come back to the simple things.
Your soul might be asking you to slow down and simplify your life. 😊

Don’t moan or dwell on what’s wrong with the world. Watching the news and getting caught up with all that negativity lowers your vibration. How about focusing on love , more kindness, more compassion, more connection. This will raise you and your frequency.
The world doesn’t need more people consumed by darkness, this will just fuel that negativity, it needs people willing to shine a little light !
Love is not simply something we feel it is something we bring into the world. It is a frequency, a choice, a way of being. And when we live from that place, we become part of the change we wish to see.
Perhaps the greatest revolution humanity will ever experience is the remembering of how to love one another. 💗

Feeling really proud of myself today …
A snippet of my story has just been published in an online magazine, sharing a little insight into my spiritual journey and the experiences that have shaped me along the way.
But one of the things I feel most grateful for in my journey is the trust people place in me.
To have clients open up, share their stories, their fears, their hopes and the things they perhaps don’t feel able to say elsewhere is something I never take for granted.
That trust means a lot to me.
I believe our spiritual journeys are deeply personal, and sometimes we just need someone to sit alongside us while we find our own answers and make sense of what life is showing us.
So today I’m giving myself some credit too for how far I’ve come, for the work I do, and for every person who has trusted me enough to let me be part of their journey.
