I’m super passionate about group work being done in person, I think it’s so important that as social beings we interact and share energy in person…

However, if I only share my work in person, I’ll miss the opportunity to meet new women and hold them in the way I hold others.

And it’s true that sometimes all you want is one peaceful hour by yourself without the need to drive to and from a venue…. Simply pop your pyjamas on, get comfy and let me guide the rest 🌹

Mondays Crystal Meditation Circle 🌹

Together we used the earthy Garnet crystal to help us create solid foundations, to set ourselves up for the future we desire. Garnet anchors you, strengthens you, helps you expand your heart to deepen self awareness and love ♥️

We walked through the poppies, enjoyed the sunshine and left feeling connected and inspired 💫

For the altar I used fresh cut Weigela from my garden, red roses, garnet, epidote in prehnite, smoky quartz, selenite & black tourmaline ♥️🌍🌳

The circle meets again on Monday 18th May at 7.30pm (private studio in Rayleigh SS6) we’ll be using Larimar to allow feminine energy to flow 🌊

Maybe it’s the earthy Ta**us energy, but maybe it’s more than that….. I can’t move away from the roses.

I’ve always said in another life maybe I’d be a florist, I love arranging flowers, I used to handmake sugar flowers when I ran my wedding cake business. I inherited the most incredible rose bushes in my garden and I’ve added to the collection ever since.

Only now have I begun to understand their depth, the divine feminine energy they hold, the wisdom, the mystery, the energetic power - they hold the highest frequency 🌹

I’m working on a new healing offer and an online meditation group anchored into the magic and symbolism of the sacred rose and can’t wait to share more when everything is ready.

Honestly I’m still landing, I’ve cried reading the messages sent this morning, knowing that putting my heart and soul into something is really helping other women.

Every last detail is intentional, I’ve never felt so aligned. Like my soul remembers this work. My younger self would not believe the journey we’ve been on together 💫

Everything in life moves in circles, nature is cyclical, energy is always in flow and healing also presents as a spiral 🌀

When we begin a healing journey, we learn to bring awareness to our beliefs, we shine a light into the shadows to see what causes pain or holds us back, we learn to process emotions and experiences. Along the way, lessons will repeat themselves, and with the tools you picked up on the journey, you’ll meet those lessons again, only stronger and better equipped, until they no longer have power over you ⚡️

This is why I have designed the Goddess Journey to start and finish with the same Goddess. In our first journey we will meet Goddess Isis to understand what parts of us have been scattered and lost along the way, we will connect with ourselves in the present moment, to understand who we are right now. 8 weeks later we revisit Goddess Isis, to see how far we have journeyed and to meet ourselves again, with a new perspective, a higher vibration and a deeper love and respect for ourselves 👑

If you are exhausted from reliving the pain of the past, overwhelmed with worries about the future, feeling stuck, angry, lost or numb with the present then this journey is for you - even if you have never practised meditation, don’t understand goddess energy and have never held a crystal, come as you are, I’ll guide you home💜
