8 journeys, 7 divine feminine archetypes, 14 women and a community built through love and healing 💖

The Goddess Journey has meant more to me than words, it’s allowed my passion, my purpose and my creativity to blend together, to hold a deep and meaningful space for women to rest, release and heal.

Each detail for every journey has been created with love and intention, crystals chosen for their support, journalling and reflection to help integrate the session.

But more than that, a community has been built, a shared and amplified power, a new launch pad of empowerment for each goddess who joined the circle.

You’ll all have a special place in my heart forever 💖

Thank you to the beautiful Jellyfish Studio for being THE most perfect space for our temple 🏛️

Just a bowl filled with rose petals from my garden, they smell incredible and remind me how magical Mother Earth is.

Balance Healing Sessions really are delivering the magic I intended ✨

My little healing haven has held some beautiful women this week and each has left feeling lighter, more aligned and a little more supported.

From anxiety, to grief, to feeling lost in life, my sessions have held each woman long enough to allow her the time and space to heal herself with the guidance of the crystals and the power of reiki 💜

Crystal of the week for sure… every healing has used her and I’ve been wearing aquamarine too!

A blocked throat chakra shows up in all sorts of ways, from:

💙 not telling someone how you really feel (in case it causes more problems, or creates tension you’re not ready to face)
💙 not feeling like you can truly be yourself (in fear of judgement, criticism or ridicule)
💙 suppressing emotions that feel to heavy to hold
💙 saying yes when you mean no (and gradually building resentment)

Aquamarine is a deeply activating crystal that can release blockages from the throat chakra, help you make sense of how your heart feels and what your mind is thinking. She calms the soul, soothes the heart and frees the throat.

Last week the Goddess Journey settled into a deep visualisation meditation with Goddess Hecate. We used the labradorite crystal to help us lean into intuition and trust that no matter what, we are divinely guided 💜

This group circle has been such a special journey, created with pure love, I’m so very grateful for every woman who has sat in this circle and allowed me to hold them.

Just one journey remains on 10th September at Jellyfish Studio 💙
