It’s been a whirlwind these last few months. Hasn’t this year just happened?

Big relationships have blossomed, foundations reset and lifestyles synchronised. It hasn’t always been easy, and it’s definitely been a learning curve.

Shadow work seems to have been at the source of my growth. It sounds harsh and negative, but it’s far from it. It’s about going back to basics, turning inward and developing ourselves from within.

Sometimes, like The Hermit, we need to step back, quieten the mind and simply reflect. Look at the journey. See what has developed. Enjoy the positive adjustments and milestones.

Then remember: you did them. That was you — the believer, the seeker, the light and the curator of your own life.

Little bit about Sarah: I’m a mum to two teenage boys and work full time as a secretary at a GP surgery. While I always do my best to support the doctors and take care of our patients, Reiki along with Rahanni Celestial Healing, Akashic Records Readings and Indian Head Massage, has given me a special way to help and care for others.

Over the past few months, we've brought together our homes, our children and even our cats into one happy family. It feels only natural that our spiritual journeys should come together too. We're so excited to share that Reiki with Sarah and Reiki with Dan are becoming Reiki Calm.

Reiki Calm brings together our shared passion for helping others through Reiki, intuitive guidance, tarot readings and holistic wellbeing. Together, we're creating a calm, welcoming space where you can pause, reconnect and take time for yourself.

We're based in Red Lodge and also offer mobile appointments across the local area, including our hometown of Bury St Edmunds. By working around our full-time jobs, we can offer flexible appointments, with Sarah generally available evenings and weekends, and Dan available during the day thanks to his shift pattern.

From September, we'll be welcoming clients and, over time, we hope to grow Reiki Calm even further with holistic treatments, workshops and courses, combining our skills to support your wellbeing.

This is more than just a new name—it's the beginning of a shared dream, and we can't wait to take you on this journey with us.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us individually over the years. We hope you'll continue to support us as we begin this exciting new chapter together.

Wow… I can’t believe it’s the end of another school year!

I’m going to take a little break from Reiki over the summer to slow down, rest, recharge and spend some much-needed time with family. 💚

Sometimes it’s nice to take a step back for a little while, and I’m really looking forward to having some time to relax and enjoy the summer.

Thank you so much for all your support. It really does mean a lot to me.

I hope you all have a lovely summer, whatever you’re up to, and I’ll be back in September with some exciting collaborations and lots of Reiki love! ✨
