In attendance will be you, me, the sun, sand and smiles. Peace and calm with revitalising energy will be the general vibe.

Perfect conditions, sea amazing. Thanks to Sam and our supportive volunteers, once again, for making this happen.

*Morning Sessions availability (* 8 places per 1 hour session, £12 with extra 90 minute session at end sessions £18):

*Weather/Conditions Forecast*
Cloudy with sun popping head out during morning. Warm day feeling like low 20’s and rain in late morning, early afternoon will feel amazingly refreshing. Winds very low with low gusts occasional but staying South-westerly off shore. Sea temp is as warm as it gets and shin to knee height. Lots of fun in the dipping to be had. Great conditions for what we do.

In all seriousness. Thansk for everyone's messages, I was in an RTA on my bike with a car and im recovering with suspected cracked ribs and feel quite lucky. Judging by the supportive messages from friends, family, customers and our mens health community, im lucky for healthy connections too.

Air is warm, sun will keep emerging, sea is 12 degs, some power there this Sunday, kippering in the shallows safest we reckon. And a mid afternoon high tide is going to make 2-5pm sessions a very short stroll. Sauna will be hosted by Sam with Richie leading the fusion session from 7-8:15pm. This is the last afternoon of sauna until we have a weekend off, returning on the 28th back on marske beach.

🕒 Sunday Session Times:
1:30pm – 3:00pm (90-minute extended session)
3:00pm – 4:00pm (1-hour session)
4:00pm – 5:00pm (1-hour session)
5:00pm – 6:00pm (1-hour session)
6:00pm – 7:00pm (1-hour session)
7:00pm - 8:15pm – 75 min Fusion Session with Sauna, breathwork, guided meditation and integration.
