Being here in France, I’ve been surrounded by amazing fresh bread every day! 🥖 And honestly? Bread is a great food. It has never been “banned” in my world, and it doesn’t need to be feared.

What I’ve noticed is that the fresh bread here is often made with simple ingredients and without lots of the extra additives found in some highly processed foods. It can absolutely be part of a healthy lifestyle.

The key is understanding your body.

Some people thrive having bread every day. Some feel better reducing it slightly. Others may prefer lower-calorie options, smaller portions, or saving it for weekends. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Successful weight loss isn’t about cutting out foods you love. It’s about learning what works for you, creating habits you can maintain, and making choices that support your goals while still enjoying life.

Know yourself. Listen to your body. Pay attention to how foods make you feel. We are all different, and that’s exactly why our journeys will look different too.
