Not reflexology related, but a huge shout out to my fabulous hair dresser for making my mop look soooooo fricking good πŸ™ŒπŸ»

The reason for this chop wasn’t just because I fancied a change…

I few months ago I was diagnosed with anaemia and my ferritin levels were worryingly low, so much so that my hair started shedding like crazy.

To improve the overall health and appearance of my locks, I had an honest chat with Gemma about my condition and we agreed on a style that would suit my face shape and bring some life back to the barnet.

Thankfully my GP got to the root cause of my iron deficiency which is a huge relief, and now I can start my healing journey.

The first week back after festive break can sometimes feel a little overwhelming.
