Thank you to everyone who attended our Forget Me Not Cafe this June Woodhatch Community Centre It was great to see you all 💙

We enjoyed in some great interactive games. Vas became Bruce Forsyth in a game of higher and lower and also some books and board games from taken the with Redhill Library and finished with a 60's pop quiz game which was such a blast.

Thank you to Hazel and the team Reigate and South East Surrey Parkinson's Support Group and Woodhatch Community Centre for our visit to speak with your members about Falls Prevention.

As always we discuss experiences, advice on how to get up safely should anyone experience a fall. Making small lifestyle changes, staying hydrated, daily exercise and movements are key factors to help prevent a fall.

Thank you Hazel for the wonderful feedback, it is great to know that so many found the talk and tips shared useful. Hopefully making these small changes will have a big impact.

We had the pleasure of meeting some of the customers visiting County Mall Shopping Centre

It was fantastic to see so many people stopping to chat with us about falls prevention and the small changes that can make such a big difference to staying safe, confident, and independent. From medication reviews and chair-based exercises to building supportive communities that look out for one another and creating simple falls plans, every conversation showed how powerful prevention and awareness can be.

The positive feedback and kindness from everyone has been overwhelming, and so many people told us how valuable it is to have this support available free of charge. We’re proud to help start these important conversations and support people in making small changes that can have a huge impact 💙

A big thank you to our team for all the care and support offered each week to assist Renewed Hope ♥️
From the team out in the community raising much needed awareness to the care team showing up each week and offering a helping hand in anyway we can.

Renewed Hope are a fantastic charity who support those in need of a warm safe place to enjoy a hearty meal, a shower with clean clothes available or just another person to chat with. Drop ins run Monday to Friday 11am - 3pm and Saturdays 12pm - 1:30pm.

So proud to continue supporting such a meaningful charity 💙
