Thank you to Chris from Cedar Court, Crawley for having us to come along and speak with your residents about falls prevention.

It was a pleasure to present and share practical tips on preventing falls through simple, everyday changes, staying hydrated, arranging regular medication reviews, and making small adjustments around the home to reduce the risk of falls.

It was fantastic to hear how many people found the session engaging, and we hope everyone left with useful advice and practical tips they can put into practice.

It is important for us to meet as a team and update on changes both on and off the field, come together and connect and also to celebrate the successes of our wonderful team 💙

There was also a delicious lunch provided .. which we all enjoyed so much we didn't manage to get a snap to share!! 😊
