✨ A Little Life Update ✨

I just wanted to pop on here and say a little hello… and also apologise for being so quiet lately. 👋🏻

❤️‍🩹 Over the past few months, my health has been a little up and down, and I’ve had to put a lot of my energy into looking after myself while continuing to care for my patients in clinic.

📸 Because of that, social media and some of the extra things I love doing for the clinic have had to take a back seat.

⏸️ I’ve also decided to pause my monthly giveaway for the time being. As much as I love giving back to this amazing community, I want to wait until I’m feeling more like myself before bringing it back.

🕰️ I’m hopeful that with a little more time, I’ll be back to feeling like myself again, and I can’t wait to get back to sharing more with you all.

🥳Two years tomorrow, I opened the doors to my little chiropractic clinic with a big dream and a lot of faith.

🤲Today, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.

🌟What started as an idea has grown into something so much more : a space filled with trust, healing,conversations, laughter and community.

Hello everyone 🤍

🙏 This is a really vulnerable post for me, and not at all how I imagined starting my Christmas break.

😫 If you were booked in for an appointment this evening or tomorrow, I’m truly sorry that I’ve had to cancel at such short notice. I don’t make this decision lightly because I care deeply about my patients.

💀Mid-afternoon today, my body simply said enough. My sinuses flared suddenly alongside a strong histamine reaction, and the left side of my face began to swell. The first video shows the swelling starting, and the second photo shows the unevenness that followed after taking 3 lots of fexafenadine.

🧘‍♀️I finished a course of antibiotics for sinusitis two weeks ago, and I’m still recovering from a pretty severe asthma flare-up, which many of you already know about. I also have further lung tests coming up in the next week.

💥As much as it breaks my heart to cancel, I need to listen to my body right now so I can properly recover & continue to care for you.

🫶Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, kindness and understanding regarding my Ill health, it does truly means everything.

🎁I also want to say how incredibly grateful I am for all the thoughtful gifts & messages I’ve received for Xmas . They’ve really lifted my spirits more than you know 🤍
