A 4D scan is such a special experience during pregnancy, allowing parents to see real-time moving images of their baby before birth. From tiny smiles and yawns to little hand movements. It creates beautiful memories and gives families an early glimpse of their little one’s features.

Seeing the 4D scan photo next to the newborn photo is always amazing, a reminder of just how accurate and magical those early moments can be 💖

How amazing is this at just 7 weeks gestation! The fetus is visible as a small, bean-shaped, or "fetal pole" structure, generally measuring around 5mm. A rapid, flickering heartbeat is detected by this stage typically 100-180 beats per minute. Though very tiny, the embryo has developed a large head and small buds that will become arms and legs 🥰❤️ Nancy Baby
