👶✨ The Ultimate Belly Laugh! ✨👶

Ever wonder what happens inside the womb when mum starts laughing? Cue the water park vibes! 🌊😂

During today's scan, this little rockstar got a front-row seat to mum's giggles. As you can see, every time mum laughs, her diaphragm creates a gentle "trampoline effect," sending baby bobbing and jiggling up and down in the amniotic fluid! Don't worry, it’s completely safe and acts like a cozy, rocking hammock for the baby. In fact, we sonographers love it because it’s the perfect way to get a stubborn baby to change positions for a better photo op! 📸🤰Nancy Baby

A rewarding follow-up scan today. At a previous visit, baby was tucked away and difficult to visualise. Today, at 8 weeks + 4 days, we were able to obtain clear views and confirm a strong fetal heartbeat. Moments like these are a reminder of the privilege of supporting families through the early stages of pregnancy Nancy Baby❤️
