When you have a day off at the same time and both get excited by the same things 🥰

There’s something magical about being on the water - apart from needing a wee every 10 seconds 😆 - it grounds me like nothing else 💫

For years I always felt guilty about taking time out - but since hitting my 40’s that mindset has completely flipped. Taking time out is 💯 vital for my mind and body and it’s something I will always factor into my life 💫
