Be present, be grateful, be you...
Self-awareness is the ability to understand your thoughts, emotions, and actions. It helps you recognize who you are, what you value, and how you respond to life. Through self-awareness, you can grow with intention, make better choices, and live more authentically.

R**e Culture...
Unfortunatelly, I have come accross this very often. As a society we don't realise when and where it's starts, it's difficult to pin point. We need to educate ourselves and others, and be aware of it. People are quick to point out that the victim may have been drinking, the way the survivor was dressed, or claimed the victim was “asking for it.” Victim blaming is a large part of “r**e culture,” which is society’s stereotypes and views on sexual abuse. Media often makes light of r**e culture by normalizing r**e and excusing the objectification of women. It is essential to place the blame where it lies, in the hands of the perpetrator. We must believe all survivors and help them receive the help and support they need to begin the healing process. If you are a survivor of sexual assault, help is available.
