Temperatures are set to rise this week, reaching up to 34°C by Wednesday and Thursday.
Hot weather can affect us all, but it’s especially important that older adults, young children, and those with health conditions take extra care.
💧 Remember to:
• Drink plenty of water regularly
• Stay out of the sun between 11am–3pm
• Keep your home cool where possible
• Wear light, comfortable clothing
• Check in on vulnerable friends, family, and neighbours
