Chiro Hub goes international.

Alun is currently in India supporting the 79th Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam, organised by the Sant Nirankari Mission.

The four-day gathering is taking place in Samalkha, Haryana, bringing together people from across India and beyond.

Alun has travelled out to support the event by providing chiropractic care, taking Chiro Hub’s hands-on approach to health and movement a very long way from Rugby!

It’s a fantastic opportunity to use his experience to support a completely different community and be part of such a significant gathering.

We’ll be sharing a little more from his time in India over the coming days.

Meet Anton, our new Physiotherapist at Chiro Hub Rugby.

Anton’s approach is all about helping you move better, feel stronger and build confidence in what your body can do.

You’ll be listened to, understood and given a personalised treatment plan based around you, which may include tailored exercises, hands-on treatment, massage and practical advice to support your recovery.

Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury or simply want to move and feel better, Anton is here to help.

Meet Anton, our new Physiotherapist at Chiro Hub Rugby.

Anton has recently completed his BSc Physiotherapy at the University of Worcester and joins us with experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, community and respiratory physiotherapy.

Musculoskeletal care is where his real passion lies. During his MSK placement with South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, Anton worked with people experiencing everything from back and spinal pain to osteoarthritis, tendon problems, soft tissue injuries and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

His approach is very much about looking at the whole person, not simply the painful area. He uses assessment, movement, strengthening and progressive rehabilitation to help people build confidence in what their body can do and get back to the things that matter to them.

Anton also holds a Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma, with training in techniques including soft tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point work and muscle energy techniques.

Alongside this, he has experience supporting Halesowen Town Ladies FC with first aid and acute sports injuries, as well as neurological rehabilitation involving mobility, balance, strength and functional movement.

We’re really pleased to welcome Anton to the growing team at Chiro Hub Rugby, bringing another pair of hands and a fresh approach to physiotherapy, rehabilitation and recovery.

A very special visitor at Chiro Hub Rugby.

We were delighted to welcome Buddhist Master Phra Ajahn Aod from Wat Pa Buddharam Temple in Northamptonshire to the clinic for a chiropractic adjustment.

He also very kindly wished Chiro Hub a happy and successful 2nd birthday.

Two years of helping people across Rugby move better, feel better and take care of their health, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.
