Whether they’re curled up on our laps, following us from room to room, or greeting us with a gentle purr, cats have a wonderful way of bringing comfort, companionship and joy into our lives every single day 🐾✨

While not every cat enjoys a cuddle, today is the perfect reminder to spend a little extra quality time with them — whether that’s a gentle hug, a favourite treat, a play session, or simply sitting together in peaceful company 💛

Our cats may be independent, but they have an incredible way of leaving pawprints on our hearts forever.

Mental health matters just as much as physical health — both in our personal lives and in the workplace. With the pressures of day‑to‑day responsibilities, deadlines, and balancing home life, it’s important to take time to check in with ourselves and with one another.
In the workplace, small actions can make a big difference. Creating an environment where people feel supported, listened to, and comfortable speaking openly helps reduce stigma and encourages wellbeing. Whether it’s asking how someone is doing, offering support, or taking a moment to pause, kindness goes a long way.

Today is all about giving dogs the second chance they truly deserve 🤍

There are so many incredible dogs waiting for a loving home — whether that’s through Dogs Trust, the RSPCA, or your local shelters 🐾

This is Diesel 💛
At just 1 year old, Diesel found himself in a dogs home. But his story didn’t end there… he was given a second chance, rescued, and now at 8 years old he’s living his best life — running around a big garden with his doggy siblings and surrounded by love 🐶✨

Every rescue dog has a story, and every one of them deserves a happy ending like Diesel’s 🤍

If you’re not in a position to adopt, there are still so many ways to help:
🐾 Donate food, toys or supplies to your local shelter
🐾 Consider fostering as a step towards adoption
🐾 Talk openly about rescue dogs and help challenge the myths
