💚 AIM HIGH FESTIVAL – DAY 30 ANNOUNCEMENT 💚
THIS IS A MASSIVE ONE 👀💚
We are absolutely blown away by the incredible community support coming together for our FREE children’s fruit and cookery stand at Aim High Festival 2026 🍎🍓🥕
This has become a real collective effort from amazing local businesses and supporters who all believe in helping children, families and the wider community.
Firstly, the amazing J & P Fresh Fruit and Veg are very kindly supplying FREE fruit for the sessions 🍉✨
We also have the wonderful Jane Flecknor providing the teaching and support for the cookery school sessions throughout the day 👩‍🍳🌿
BUT… it doesn’t stop there 👀
The incredible team at Noble Eye Centrehave stepped in and are fully funding ALL of the additional costs for the cookery school 💚
This is SO important to us because we know how difficult the cost of living crisis has become for many families. We wanted children to have the opportunity to:
🌿 Try fresh foods
🌿 Learn new skills
🌿 Explore healthy eating
🌿 Enjoy fun activities
🌿 Access everything completely FREE of charge
Creating inclusive, accessible opportunities like this is exactly what Aim High Festival is all about 💚
And honestly… Noble Eye Centre haven’t stopped there 🤯

Another huge shout out to one of our main headline sponsors for Rushden Pride 2026! Not only has he sponsored this event he has also donated yet another prize for our drag bingo in aid of SERVE for the 19th September ! The man is incredible !

Noble Eye Centre is an independent optician providing family eyecare for Rushden and area for over 60 years.

All services are provided by qualified and registered opticians with a wide range of expertise and experience.

Our Opticians, Mark and Sadie, are experts in lens design and fitting from our comprehensive frame range as well as providing low vision services. We have ultra accurate measuring tools and the option for completely bespoke frames and lenses.

Our eye examinations cover all areas of eye health and can offer dry eye assistance, full contact lens service including specialist work such as kerataconic, bandage and cosmetic lenses. We have one of the most up to date OCT scanners and corneal topography.

We also provide an extensive paediatric care service with myopia control and specialist frame fitting.

We offer out of hours contact, emergency services and ear wax removal.

Our dear old combi unit (the test chair and equipment table) has, after 20 plus years of service given up the ghost. Sad to say goodbye to old faithful but happy with our gorgeous new unit!

We have just received the new RayBan Meta Smart Spex. Lighter in weight than the previous versions and adjustable! They are just as clever as the previous models and more comfortable.

We are frequently asked for help with dry eye problems. We offer a range of solutions and advice with the newest arrival being The Eye Wand from Positive Impact. This nifty bit of kit and its related sprays and oils really do help ease the discomfort and sometimes pain people experience.

Like all such treatments it is something that needs to be done daily but with good support and advice it may well really help!
