Super excited for the Hypnobirthing Inspiration Day in Leeds today.

It's the lovely Abby's annual event where Hypnobirthing coaches in her amazing community come together & inspire eachother to make our teaching even better for pregnant mums like you 🙌✨️

Well worth the 7 hours driving I'll be doing today. That's how good this event is 🤣

🤰Super lovely mums again today at St Albans Pregnancy Club meet up- Sunday Bump Club! ✨️

Today we had a data analyst manager, primary & secondary school teachers, a project manager, a radiographer & a barrister!

Lots of laughter, chat & sharing pregnancy/birth/baby tips!

I think my favourite was the game of trying out potential baby names by shouting them to eachother in the car on a long journey 🤣

I just love seeing connections made!
A great opportunity to make new mum friends in a relaxed, informal & friendly environment.
