We have had some reschedules for Wednesday meaning we have space from 11.30am - 6pm with Mia.

Choose from Lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, Swedish, relaxation, pregnancy massage, half/full body.

Mia has an absolute wealth of experience and training behind her, and we are lucky to have her all day Wednesdays.

Luke is an incredible teacher, his knowledge of Yoga is vast and is skilful at breaking it down and making it digestible for all entry points!

Luke is a Lior resident teacher, his regular traditional Hatha and pranayama class is Sundays at 8am if you’d like to go experience a taste of his teachings.
