⚠️MISSED APPOINTMENTS ⚠️

Bit of a miserable post, but I felt it was needed. We have had £310 of missed appointments this week. Which equals just under £16k per year. These have been due to either last minute illnesses or forgetting appointments. Whilst we always understand that people can get poorly and we are always more than fair, it’s not sustainable as a business, especially when we are turning people away because we are fully booked and then wasting precious diary space because of no shows or last minute cancellations. We do have a a cancellation policy in place, which I admit I’ve been way to soft with over the years. Unfortunately we are going to have to get strict with it.
We do require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel/move appointments. No shows are required to pay 50% of the total cost of their appointment.
I just needed to pass this information on for my own sanity 😮‍💨

I can’t stress enough how UV light and suncreams can compromise your hair extension and system colour. We see casualties every year.
