📢 **Travel Documentation Requests – Please Plan Ahead** ✈️🌍

If you require any medical documentation for upcoming travel, such as:

✔️ Fit-to-fly letters
✔️ Medical summaries
✔️ Medication letters
✔️ Insurance-related medical reports
✔️ Other travel-related medical documentation

Please ensure you submit your request **at least 4 weeks before your travel date**.

These documents often require review by a clinician and administrative processing time. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate requests submitted at short notice, especially during busy periods.

⏰ **Minimum notice required: 4 weeks**

Submitting your request early helps us ensure your documentation is completed accurately and ready in time for your trip.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, low, or not yourself — please reach out. Support is available 💚

📅 Postnatal checks
Mums will be invited for a postnatal appointment around 6–8 weeks after birth. This is an important check for your recovery and wellbeing.

At the same time, your baby will also be invited for their routine immunisations, helping to protect them against serious illnesses.
