Martin was nominated by his work colleagues and family members for consistently going above and beyond to help others, both within his role and beyond. His dedication, commitment and willingness to support those around him truly make a difference. 💙

🏆 Woodhill Lodge – Rita Jacob
Rita was recognised for her compassionate and caring nature, as well as the kindness and support she consistently shows to both the people we support and her colleagues. Her positive attitude and willingness to support others make her a truly valued member of the team. 🌷💕

🏆 Waterside Grange – Sharon Buckley
Sharon goes way above and beyond for the people she cares for at Waterside Grange. She is always one of the first to suggest and organise trips out of the home based on the wishes of the people we support, working closely with the Activities Team to make sure they get nothing but the best experiences. 🌳🚌❤️

🏆 Neu Living – Chelsea
Chelsea received multiple nominations from both the people she cares for and her colleagues. She was recognised for her positive attitude, the support she gives to others and the fantastic difference she is making in her new role as Team Lead. 🌟👏

☀️🎉 What a HUGE success our Summer Fair was! 🎉☀️

A massive thank you from everyone at Woodhill Grange, Woodhill Lodge and Nue Living for helping to make it such an amazing day! ❤️

We had the most fantastic time with therapy ponies 🐴, live singers 🎤, dancing 💃, delicious barbecues 🍔, wonderful stalls and so much laughter and fun!

A special thank you to everyone who donated items, baked delicious treats, pitched in, ran a stall, volunteered their time and helped behind the scenes. Your generosity and support meant so much to us. 🧁🎪❤️

It was wonderful to see everyone coming together, enjoying the day and making such lovely memories.

Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, performed, volunteered and supported our Summer Fair. We truly couldn’t have done it without you! 🌟

🌞🎉 Waterside Grange Summer Fair! 🎉🌞

What a fantastic day we had at our Summer Fair! 🥳

We had a wonderful afternoon filled with amazing stalls, live music, delicious treats, lots of laughter and, most importantly, fantastic company! 🎶🍰🎪

A huge thank you to all our wonderful staff, people we care for friends and families who came along and helped make the day such a huge success. ❤️

We would also like to say a massive thank you to are activities co coordinators for all there hard work everyone who donated, helped organize the event and supported us on the day. Your kindness and generosity were truly appreciated. 🙏💐

It was lovely to see everyone coming together and enjoying such a special day at Waterside Grange. 🥰☀️

🏅🏃‍♀️ Sports Day at Woodhill Lodge! 🏃‍♂️🏅

What a fantastic and competitive afternoon we had at Woodhill Lodge! Everyone got involved, had lots of fun and showed off their competitive spirit. 😄

There were some fantastic performances, with medals and certificates awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! 🥇🥈🥉

A huge well done to everyone who took part — the smiles, laughter and cheering made it a brilliant afternoon! 🎉👏

A Lovely Day Out at Waterside Grange 🌊🍦

Everyone had a fantastic day out at the seaside, enjoying some delicious fish and chips followed by ice creams on the seafront! 🍦🐟

Jim, has always wanted a tattoo, so when we spotted a henna stall, he was very excited to get one! He chose a motorbike design, which was especially meaningful to Jim as he loves motorbikes and used to enjoy restoring them. 🏍️❤️

It was lovely to see Jim enjoying the experience and making another special memory with us. 😊

A huge congratulations to Ajesh Narayanan, our July Staff Member of the Month! 👏

Ajesh was voted for by his colleagues and family members in recognition of his outstanding dedication and commitment. He consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work, often stepping outside of his own role to support others and make a positive difference.

His excellent approach to training, along with his outstanding attendance and compliance, sets a fantastic example for the whole team. Ajesh is also a valued member of our Portland Sister Service, where his professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help make a real difference every day.

Her compassion, kindness, sense of humour, and charming personality make a real difference to everyone around her. We are incredibly grateful to have Maddie as part of the Woodhill Grange team, and this award is truly well deserved.

Today is a very special day at Waterside Grange as we celebrate our wonderful Debbie Brookes. 💙

Not only has Debbie been voted our Staff Member of the Month, but she is also beginning a brand-new chapter as she retires after an incredible 14 years with us.

Debbie, thank you for the care, compassion and kindness you've shown every single day. Your dedication to the people we care for and your support for your colleagues have made such a lasting impact, and Waterside Grange simply won't be the same without you. You have been a valued member of our family, and we are so grateful for everything you've done over the years.

While we're sad to see you go, we couldn't be happier for you as you start this exciting new adventure. We hope your retirement is filled with happiness, laughter, good health, relaxation and plenty of time to make wonderful memories with your family and friends.

☀️ A Wonderful Day Out at Waterside Grange! 🦆🌿

Everyone enjoyed a lovely day out, starting with a relaxing walk and a picnic beside the lake, taking in the beautiful scenery and fresh air. 🧺💙

Afterwards, we had a leisurely stroll around Lakeside Shopping Village, where everyone enjoyed a well-deserved coffee and a delicious slice of cake. ☕🍰

It was a lovely day spent together, with lots of smiles, laughter, and great company. 💚
