🌿 A little look inside Stone Circle Morning – The Art of Noticing.....
When was the last time you truly noticed?
Not just looked... but saw.
Not just heard... but listened.
Not just tasted... but experienced.
This morning has been created to gently awaken your senses.
We'll begin with a mindful walk through the woodlands into Aston Springs Nature Reserve, where we'll invite you to slow your pace and quietly notice the world around you. The birdsong you normally walk past. The scent carried on the breeze. The different shades of green that so often go unnoticed.
We'll then gather for a sensory coffee and cake tasting experience.
Before taking a bite of Mum's homemade lemon & lavender cake, you'll first taste the Rwanda coffee from Rounton Coffee Roasters on its own. What can you notice? Is there sweetness? Citrus? Florals? There is no right or wrong answer and no pressure, just us taking our time savouring great coffee.
Then you'll taste the cake by itself.
Finally... you'll experience them together.
Not because one is better than the other, but because they've been thoughtfully chosen to work in harmony, allowing new flavours to gently reveal themselves.
From there, we'll make our way to the stone circle, where you'll settle beneath the open sky for a guided meditation before simply resting in stillness, listening to the sounds of nature without needing to do anything at all.
Before you leave, you'll take home a thoughtfully curated gift bag, including homemade lemon & lavender shortbread (baked by yours truly 😊) , Maters & Co award winning lavender honey and your first The Art of... card, so the experience can continue long after the morning has ended.
The Art of Noticing isn't something you learn.
It's something you remember.
Because life has become so busy that we look without seeing, hear without listening and rush without truly experiencing the beautiful world around us.
For just one morning...
We'd love to help you notice again. 🤎🌿
