Life lately ☀️

May has been filled with movement, massage, learning, laughter, new opportunities and some very special moments along the way 🤸🏼‍♀️

From teaching Pilates classes and supporting clients through movement, to creating space for people to slow down, relax and reconnect through massage, I'm feeling incredibly grateful for this season of growth 🌱

I've also been reminding myself of the importance of taking time to reset too — making the most of these beautiful sunny days and enjoying a little time out 💦

There are still plenty of goals I'm working towards, but this little collection of moments felt worth celebrating ✨

Thank you to every client, class member and supporter who has been part of the journey so far 🤍

Searching for Pilates classes near you? Look no further! ✨

One of the things I’m most passionate about as an instructor is creating a space where people feel genuinely comfortable to walk through the door exactly as they are — whether you’ve been doing Pilates for years or you’re feeling nervous about trying your very first class 🤸🏼‍♀️

My matwork classes in Mickleover, Derby are about so much more than exercise. Yes, we work on strength, mobility, control and confidence within the body… but they’re also about reconnecting with yourself after a busy day, moving in a way that feels supportive rather than intimidating, and becoming part of a welcoming community along the way 🤍

There is honestly nothing better than watching people grow in confidence week by week and seeing the friendships and encouragement that naturally build within the studio 🫶🏻

If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates, this is your sign to come along — you do not need to be “good” at it to start!

I currently have a few spaces left available in tomorrow’s beginner classes at 8.15am, 9.15am or 3pm if you’d like to join us!
