We're looking for someone special to join our team 💚

At The Osteopathic Practice, we believe healthcare should feel different.

Whether we're welcoming a brand-new baby and their exhausted parents, supporting someone living with pain, or helping an older patient stay active and independent, we want every person who walks through our doors to feel genuinely listened to, cared for and valued.

We're looking for a part-time Patient Experience and Reception Coordinator to become the welcoming face and reassuring voice of our practice.

This is much more than a reception role. We're looking for someone who shares our values of Compassion, Integrity and Authenticity - someone who loves helping people, enjoys creating calm from busy days, communicates with warmth and confidence, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience for every patient.

Experience in healthcare isn't essential. If you're organised, emotionally intelligent and genuinely enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

📍 Broomhill, Sheffield
🕒 Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours over 3–4 days)

✨”Simply fantastic! We visited for our little one who has reflux (quite severe) and saw Yuhan for 4 sessions. We were provided with a booklet on the first session which explains reflux and osteopathy and how the two link and what Yuhan was doing to help, this helped me to understand the process without taking time out of the session. From the first session she was a different baby. She now feeds better and moves better and the release in tension has helped her tongue tie come to light which hopefully will be our final hurdle. My little one is now so much more happy and comfortable, she doesnt even cry in her car seat anymore. My only regret is not visiting sooner.

The place itself is lovely, very clean and modern. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Refreshments are provided and there is a toilet with baby changing. Parking directly outsids for £1 an hour which is very reasonable.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering it!”✨

Each session felt so calming to my entire nervous system and I was completely relaxed and safe in her presence.
