She's Off! 🍻🏃‍♀️

Aimee has officially made a start on the The Sheffield Half Pint Marathon and has brought a few friends along to help keep her ..... motivated. Judging by the smiles, the b**r is flowing nicely and they're already planning which of the participating venues they are going to visit next!

With more than 30 venues taking part this year, they'll be spoiled for choice.

The only thing that could make this picture even more perfect would be seeing all three of them sporting this year's official Half Pint Marathon T-shirts! If you'd like to get your hands on this year's limited-edition design, check out the link below and get yourself kitted out.

They look good, they feel good, and they do good! 🍺❤️

Cannot believe that its been a week since we were filling our faces at the Graves Park Food & Drink Festival. We would like to thank everyone who came to say hello, everyone who made a donation or bought some of our merchandise and all the organisers and staff who supported us throughout the weekend.

It was lovely to see people out and about enjoying themselves and we certainly joined in with the festivities sampling tasty delights from across the globe and enjoying the entertainment from the talented team of performers.

We look forward to seeing the event return again next year - see you all then!

Everyone experiences anger, stress, and frustration. What matters is having the tools and support to deal with them in a healthy, positive way.

Our free Women's Programme helps women understand emotional triggers, develop coping techniques and gain greater control over their reactions.

Through interactive group sessions, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Learn practical anger management techniques
• Explore healthier ways to respond to conflict and stress
• Build confidence and emotional wellbeing
• Share experiences in a supportive, non-judgemental space

You can refer yourself directly and the courses are free to attend.

Women who have completed the programme consistently tell us how much it has helped them improve their wellbeing, their relationships and their ability to cope.

If you are interested in the course you can find out more and book you space https://www.sheffieldmind.co.uk/womens-anger-management-group
