This morning was a little different.
It was a Sunday. A day that is usually reserved for family, friends, rest, and recharging for the week ahead. Yet today, Michelle, Becky and Nadia all gave up part of their Sunday morning to come together for a team meeting.
Why a Sunday? Simply because we all work different days, and finding a time when everyone could be in the same room is incredibly difficult. So I asked if they would be willing to make the sacrifice, and every single one of them showed up.
The dedication, commitment, and care shown by this team is something that I can never be taken for granted.
People often refer to Oracle Opticians as “my business”, but the truth is it doesn’t feel like mine. It feels like ours.
Every success we achieve is built on the hard work, kindness, professionalism, and commitment of the people around me. Today’s meeting reinforced that more than ever.
To Michelle, Becky and Nadia, thank you. Thank you for giving up your time. Thank you for caring. Thank you for believing in what we’re building together.
I can promise you this: as we continue to grow, the rewards and fruits of our hard work will be shared. We succeed together, and we grow together.
