❤️ Give blood. Save lives.

Donating blood is one of the simplest ways you can make a life-saving difference. Every donation can help patients in emergencies, during surgery, or those living with long-term conditions 💉

It’s quick, safe and takes around an hour, but the impact can last a lifetime. In fact, one donation can help save up to three lives 🙌

Most people aged 17–65 who are fit and healthy can donate, and you’ll be fully supported through the process to make sure it’s safe for you and the patient 👍

Blood is always in high demand, and new donors are needed all the time to make sure there’s enough for everyone who needs it 💙

We are going live on Thursday with Rapid Health

📱 Introducing Rapid Health: A Faster Way to Book Appointments!

We want to make accessing healthcare easier and eliminate long phone queues. That is why we are using Rapid Health, a smart online triage tool available directly via our website.

How it works:
Submit a Request: Visit our website to fill out a quick form about your medical symptoms or admin needs (like fit notes).

Book Instantly: The system securely assesses your answers and immediately offers you a choice of available appointments with the right clinician—whether face-to-face or over the phone.

🚫 No internet? No problem! Our reception team is still here to help and can complete the form with you over the telephone.

Watch this quick video to see how easy it is to use:

Worried about how much screen time is too much for your child? You’re not alone 💙

New UK guidance helps parents and carers build healthy screen habits for children under 5 in a simple, realistic way 👍

For younger children:
• Under 2s – avoid screen time where possible, except for shared activities like video calls or looking at photos together
• Ages 2–5 – aim for no more than 1 hour a day, and less if possible ⏱️

It’s not just about time, but how screens are used. Choosing slow-paced, age-appropriate content and watching together can support learning and development 📺

Too much screen time can take away from the things that matter most at this age, like sleep, play, and time spent talking with parents and carers 🧸

Try setting simple boundaries like no screens at mealtimes or before bed, and swap screen time for activities like reading, playing, or chatting together 📚
